Agreement
These terms govern your use of studio.kiamsiap.com and every prototype published beneath it, run by kiamsiap Studios (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
How we handle personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
What this site is
A portfolio of interaction prototypes. Each one demonstrates an idea about how an ordinary task could look and feel; none is a finished commercial product or service. They are offered free of charge, and any of them may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Brands and affiliation
Some prototypes use the names, logos, products or styling of real companies — for example mobile carriers and handset makers — to show an idea in a realistic setting. Those names and marks belong to their owners.
Unless a page says otherwise, kiamsiap Studios is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company whose brand appears on this site, and nothing here is an offer made by, or on behalf of, that company.

Prices, plans and specifications
Where a prototype shows prices, monthly costs, plans or device specifications — as in TelcoCompare.my and The Honest Monthly — they were gathered at a point in time and may since have changed, or may be simplified to make the idea clear. Always confirm with the provider before you buy, sign or switch.
Air quality
Haze Watch is an unofficial view of readings published by Malaysia’s Department of Environment. It presents them on a different index from the one the department uses, and its data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is not a health service. For health and safety decisions, follow official sources and advisories, and seek medical advice where you need it.
Draws and games of chance
King Derby recreates an arcade medal machine. Its medals and credits are imaginary: they cannot be bought, won, redeemed or exchanged for anything of value. It is a simulation, not gambling, and offers no prizes.
GBB Idol and Show Me The Money pick their results with your browser’s random number generator before any animation runs. If you use either to decide a real prize, raffle or allocation, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for its fairness and for any rules or permits that apply to it.
Racing Line online play
Online races are shared with anyone who has the race’s code or link. When you choose a racing name, you agree that it:
- is not offensive, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
- does not impersonate another person or contain anyone’s personal details;
- does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may remove any race or name at our discretion and without notice. A race that has been run is kept so its link keeps working; you can ask us to remove it (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
- automate requests to the Racing Line server, or interfere with races you are not part of;
- scrape or mirror the site in a way that burdens it;
- frame or present any prototype as your own work, or as an official service of a brand it depicts;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The design, code, writing and imagery of the prototypes are the work of kiamsiap Studios, except for third-party material such as brand marks, product photography and open-licensed typefaces, which remain with their owners.
You are welcome to link to any page and to share screenshots for commentary, review or discussion, with credit. Copying, redistributing or adapting the code or design beyond that needs our written permission.
Other websites
Some prototypes link to other sites, such as a carrier’s online store. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, offers or practices.
No warranty
The site and every prototype are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, kiamsiap Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any prototype — including decisions made on prices, plans, air-quality readings or draw results shown here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
