What if I cancel early?An early termination charge: the retail price divided by the term, for each month left. That is more than the instalment — about RM125 a month left on an 18 Pro Max over 48 months, against RM93.
Can I keep my number?Yes — port it in, or upgrade an existing Maxis line.
How long is delivery right now?About 5–6 weeks for the iPhone 18 series, because of demand. The iPhone 17 is in stock.
What if I move to a smaller plan?Dropping below the plan you signed up on triggers a device remaining-balance charge.
What warranty does it have?The manufacturer’s. Maxis does not replace faulty devices; repairs go through Apple’s warranty.
