What if I cancel early?On Zerolution, an early termination charge: the retail price divided by the term, for each month left — about RM90 a month left on an iPhone 17 over 48 months, against RM61. On a Normal Contract, check Maxis’s contract terms.

Can I keep my number?Yes — port it in, or upgrade an existing Maxis line.

How long is delivery right now?About 5–6 weeks for the iPhone 18 series, because of demand. The iPhone 17 is in stock.

What if I move to a smaller plan?Dropping below the plan you signed up on triggers a device remaining-balance charge.

What warranty does it have?The manufacturer’s. Maxis does not replace faulty devices; repairs go through Apple’s warranty.
